Hey Joe just wanted to let you know I got the vertibird and its awesome. I gave it to my grandpop for his birthday present and we talked for the next two hours about the one he had in the 70's and how he used to fly it in his kitchen all the time. He jumped right behind the controls and took right off. It nearly brought a tear to my eye seeing how happy he was when I gave it to him. We played with it for a while and it works perfectly. He said he's going to take great care of it so that I can give it to my children someday. Thank you very much for your help and assisting me in makig an 84 year old kid smile.

Mr. Refurb,
 Words cannot describe the joyyou have brought to my home. I have been collecting Vertibirds for the last two years. The first one I bought on Ebay was a bluebird knock-off but a good knock-off of the original. I paid $250 for this bird. I set it up and flew it approximately three minutes before the spring snapped. My wife was in tears because she knew how sentimental this toy was to me. I fought back my own.
 Move forward two years- I found you on the internet so I began to think I could fly my collection instead of leaving them in the box if you could repair them when they were broken or ill. I admit I was skeptical but I was willing to try as the trill of owning 12 vertibirds and never flying them was wearing off.
 Well Mr. Refurb or as I call you Mr. Guru I can now tell you that I am flying 6 out of my 12 birds with one of them being the second rarest in the world 'The German Liebelle'. The reason? I just got teh ship back from you that I sent to you in a box of parts. HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU DO THIS? I have to tell you that you are a craftsman my friend.
 This rescue ship that you built/fixed is beyond any bird that I have ever flown. It is amazing and that is an understatement. It is so fast I have to wear the batteries down, it is a percision flying machine. Rescuing became so easy we now rescue object from our moving electric train to make it more difficult. YOU ARE AMAZING!!! You just lit up the eyes of a 44 year old man that is trying to give his four sons a taste of my childhood.
 Oh I am sending you 10 Vertibirds including my prized German for you to go through them. Two of the ten are brand new in sealed boxes open them and tune them as even though they are new they have been in a box for 30 years and I want them Guru-nized-lol. That means bulletproof in my world-lol. Again from the bottom of my heart we thank you.
